Does the tour pick up at my hotel?
Pickup coverage varies by tour and option. Check the areas listed on the tour page before paying. Catalina snorkeling departs from Punta Cana. If your hotel or accommodation is not listed, contact us before booking so we can confirm the pickup arrangements.
Why is my preferred date unavailable?
Some excursions run only on certain days, and whale watching is seasonal. Our half-day whale-watching excursion operates on Sundays during its season. The calendar shows the dates available for your selected participants and option. Contact us if you need help choosing another date.
Is the displayed price per person or a minimum booking total?
Check the rate and participant requirements on each tour. Horseback riding starts at US$59 per adult with a minimum of two participants: US$118 is the minimum total for two adults, not the adult price. The checkout total depends on the participants and option you select.
Does the duration include transportation?
Read the description for the activity time and total outing time. For horseback riding, the ride is approximately 1.5 hours, with about three hours in total including transportation. Pickup location and travel conditions can affect timing.
