Combine humpback whale watching in Samaná Bay with beach time on Cayo Levantado, also known as Bacardi Island, on a full-day excursion from Punta Cana. Depart by boat from Las Cañitas, search for whales in their natural sanctuary and continue to the island for lunch and time to swim or relax.

Round-trip ground and boat transportation, a professional guide, lunch, listed drinks and admission are included. Whale watching is seasonal and ends March 30; from April 1, the itinerary does not include whale watching. Sightings depend on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Your pickup time is confirmed for your hotel location.

Before choosing your date

This excursion operates on selected days each week. Select participants first, then choose an available calendar date.
Hotel pickup and drop-off, park admission and Dominican lunch are included.
Minimum age: 8 years. Not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Moderate physical fitness is required.
Not recommended for travelers with mobility restrictions, back problems or heart conditions, or for pregnant travelers. Infant seats are unavailable; infants must not sit on laps.
